Because we have been in suspension 3 months, end of Jan would obviously make it 4, and with what some of the other posters have mentioned this week, regardless of what was implied to you Gotta at the AGM, an announcement of ANY sort needs to be made for and to JKA shareholders.
Management have a history of not being entirely truthful and they don't get back to their shareholders that have invested in their company, so ANY announcement would be s sign of good faith, and good will, regardless of what it is !

Don't get me wrong, I won't this to work.
When I see you have posted something Gotta, I always love and dive in to read what you have to say, and reading between the lines of what you write, but it has come to the time when management has to say something more clear and informative, DIRECTLY from them, and no later for all by end of January for the above reasons !! Fair is fair
