Oh crap..... Just checked AER site .....the company's was not able to resolve its dispute with Tourmaline!!!
Here come the delays and another hit to the SP....
Not sure how long it will take for a hearing and how much money tourmaline will spend in appeals process in the event tourmalines claim thrown out...
Anyone with previous experience please weigh in!!! Is the finding of the AER binding??
What is amazing is that the letter lodged on the 30th and we find out today from a public document?
Nothing from the company!!!
What does this mean to the construction schedule? What about all the execs now employed ? What do they do till this gets going?
So many questions.
