I have had this theory for ages that has been proven previously and the closer we get to the AGM the more factual it appears.
'THERE WILL BE NO NEW PRICE SENSITIVE ANNOUNCEMENTS UNTILL THE SHARES BOUGHT BY MANAGEMENT AT THE LAST CAPITAL RAISING ARE VOTED FOR AND BEDDED DOWN'
I know they've got the votes to push it through anyway, however they probably just don't need the venting of disgruntled shareholders thinking they've been kept out of the loop.
So no news until at least next week
