Any communication annoucement would need to be agreed upon by all three parties (SGY,SEY and Mirada Petroleum). Mirada Petroleum is an unlisted entity and also operator so they're probably not interested in keeping the market'up to date'.

Btw, I think the sell off is a bit overdone as the amount of shares traded this month is only about 600K shares to push it down from 42c. Last month 7.8 million shares traded. Pushed down on light volume, lack of news and general negative market sentiment.
