It certainly is looking better. People now being forced to value it as they would without the expectation of getting loaded up in some firesale type discounted placement.
FPA (and FPA's banks) not yet fed the vultures. I am hoping any added capital is solely via a rts issue. I see no reason why a company should, at the expense of ordinary shareholders, feed the vultures that drove it down in order to get a cheap feed.
