Roaring away again on the NZX this morning. No apparent reason, just reason returning and self-fulfilling decline fear eliminated?
Any shorters out there? Enjoy.
Still wouldn't like to see a placement at these prices, but no complaints now if a fair access rts issue were done. However I can't see them doing that until the property sales have been signed.
Well even the NPX path (about our worst realistic fear) wasn't that bad for any that hung on through and took up their rights.
