Wish I knew.
I am sort of thinking they are going to tough it out (assuming the banks are cooperating).
In this case we see, first end of month debt rollover, some property sale(s), some relocation inventory rundown. Meanwhile hopefully credit markets continue to improve, and one or more bigger insto buyers decide they are not going to get in any cheaper. Rising sp should then feed itself for a while.
