I also found this in the Hartleys article. It goes a long way to reducing any risks to proceeding to mining.
Together with other mines having been established in the area, it is why I have previously mentioned that I thought the permitting risk was low.
Here it is as explained in the Nov 2011 Hartleys report available on the ABU website;

"Land Access Agreements in the Northern Territory are significant documents as they define the terms, with relation to the Traditional Owners, for future mining as well as exploration. In many other jurisdictions companies wishing to move exploration projects into development need to renegotiate which can introduce significant uncertainties."
