Tried my luck with the top 20 holders for both BBI and BEPPA. They were very friendly but they told me there was no obligation to disclose any changes to the top 20, their only obligation is to publish in the annual report.

They did tell me that Norges has increased their holding in BBI slightly.

I also asked about any changes following on from the recent massive volumes but they were not able to give me any info that wasn't in the public domain - understandable.

The rules of notification of changes to significant shareholders -

1. over 5%
2. if over 5% changes of 1% or more
3. notification within 30 days of transaction

Not much I'm sorry to say but 30 days from the activity last week and seems this week as well might be interesting reading.
