There's a difference between a director saying he is 'confident' of something occurring, and saying 'it will occur'. One is insider trading, and the other is a director placating an investor with a question he can't answer.
I'm not going to sit here and argue with you, you haven't provided any empirical evidence and I'm not interested in changing your assumptions that seem derived outside of publicly available information.
There is no ASX listed graphite explorer who has met every single timeline target. Everyone lives in a glass house in this sector.
