    Its a great company and the new CEO will really get it back on its feet.
    Tried too grow too big too quickly at the wrong time but accummulated some really great assets.
    The company has no problem meeting its debt obligations but just refinancing them !
    CNP isnt the problem its the credit cruch causing the problem.
