As all holders of every graphite stock is hoping "Bring on those offtakes sooner than later".
Some already have all the off-takes in place $$$$$$$$$$ to build the mine is the biggy, although in MNS's case you are correct IMO, 'Western' off-takes will have to come first & then I think finance will follow rather quickly.
