5,000,000 shares in the recent placement were "part of an agency agreement settlement to secure a Memorandum of Understanding and Gas Sales Agreement to develop the gas reserves in ATP 626P".
The remaining 11,000,000 at 20.1c - who knows? It would have been nice to have made these available as part of a SPP to existing holders. Chances of this?
