re: more tin rattling ahead?
I reckon they will grab some extra cash as soon as they have some news. I think the options were negotiated some time ago. We need to give the new management time to make some changes. I doubt the ownership change of uncle toby's is predictably bad. It could be good or neutral. There doesn't seem to be a reason they would turn their backs on functional foods.
I'm going to hold and see what happens, give them another year or two, and expect to give them some extra cash when the tin is rattled. I think they would be bought for more than their market cap if they couldn't raise money.
