WW1- Thanks for the insight, it is probably easy to tell but i am from a totally unrelated field. I've always had a keen interest though and getting to a stage where i can spend more time on developing some skills. Can i ask how you got into the industry. How do companies find TA's? I there some sort of course or apprenticeship......or maybe they scour HotCopper for Gun Traders :-)
