It reaffirms that the IR department of CTP, if they have one is inefficient and the PR of the company does not exist.

There could be 10 trillions tons of coal and 10 billion barrels of oil reserves, but if this isn't marketed correctly and put out there for every investor to know, CTP will always be undervalued and subject to be picked up for a song by a major or their ability to squeeze a better JV deal before production, as they just pay a certain % premium of the current PPS, hence the price variations paid in Savs graph.I am sure there are other variables at work with the different pricing, such as geographical location and vicinity to infrastructure. Either way, CTP is way under valued. Whoever is waiting for the efficient market theory rules, they don't apply to a company like CTP for now.

An efficient pricing of the PPS is subject to PE and will only happen once production starts. Management needs to constantly put CTP out there in the public if they want to raise the PPS,attract new investors and keep the vulture capital away.
The Martin Place Securities PDF used to raise the 31mill was hard to get and available only through the know at the time.
