Could be next couple of days Hell. We can have a good read and looking forward to having a mature discussion. I'm still of the opinion that Guatemala is too good to let go and they will be doing everything possible to stay there even if they have to give some away.
Funding even for the big boys is extremely difficult, so, very little wonder that a penny dreadful like CTR would be having huge difficulties. IMO, until A#4 is opened to its "optimum" level and C17 fully tested, this mob will continue to be a teaser.
But, I reckon that we are all smart enough to sniff out any BS in this next ann and as I've said before, that's when I walk. Talk soon.
