I agree with some things you say
No cash: TRUE. I agree but something to do with the oil price.
Partner who are 60% owned by CTR not playing ball or so the story goes: RUMOUR so not proven as fact.
Questionable/unproven assets: FALSE they are drilling in an area of commercial wells that has been explored for over 20 years. Maybe the collapse in the oil price has something to do with the current CTR price.
Largest shareholder in suspension themselves: TRUE but maybe something to do with the negotiations. why would RRS become the largest shareholder in February? see
Couldnt crack 1/10 of a cent when trading and the sell side was loade up @0.002: TRUE, look at oil price again.
