Thats right hairy, CIR holds interest in both ANP and AXN. CIR bascially manages and funds pharmaceutical research and development and invests in biotechnology companies.
The rise is all part of the increased market interest in healthcare and biotechnology sector. And remember ... the recent placement was oversubscribed, which also contributes to explaining the trading.
