Yeah well it does say they are putting in the Rincon plant right? So yeah you would have expected some more movement. A few stale bulls probably holding her down, more accumulation at 17.5c and I'd dare to say a potential test of 20c later in the week. I think with Monday 26th as start date for ADRs potentially, a few holding back might be forced to jump in.
