My data is provided by paritech, so not sure about the gap, if you can get a weekly chart from another data provider to confirm that would be good, i went to the asx web site but they only have monthly charts, and gaps can disappear sometimes with the monthly charts, I used a weekly chart, could have been a share split? I will leave that to you.

There are a few ways to use the RSI to find an entry point, at a minimum you would want a pullback to the 50 level before considering an entry.

The second chart is a point and figure chart showing a double bottom, these are one of my favourite charts if you can get the filters correct, brilliant for clear entries and exits. Also excellent for identifying support and resistance levels.
There are always plenty of options when choosing a chart to suit a particular job.
