I think wti at $76 is cheap. Very little investment will occur anywhere at that price, and so the price has to rise eventually. There is no way the US will allow Saudi Arabia (lowest break even oil price) to flood it with cheap oil - thus decimating the new home US oil business. With a Republican senate, an energy plan will happen, XL pipeline, exports and possibly an energy security deal with Mexico.

ooo is not perfect, but should provide some profit on a price rebound.
