This is too much
Biota started again the buy back now.
Why now, why not all during the time they sat back and let the share price slip?
What is the commercial rationale of the timing, let alone the question of buyback decision itself (it is not even an investment in the pure sense, only to buy it back and cancel it ie. cancelling something that is worthless is worthless)
What worries me is that by their action of starting then stopping for such a long period is indicative of not giving full disclosure to the shareholders. To me we were keep in the dark and Biota management already know what they are going to do weeks if not months before hand.
