One last thought for the night... I disagree with 100% stock price related bonuses.... One Tel brings back memories.

With Biota it is actually reasonable to assess performance on non-stock price related events (ok, please slander after I've gone to bed). I only say this because the market often doesn't appreciate developments which are critical for a biotechs long term performance.... commencement of trials, delivering on timeframes, quality of deals achieved etc. True the price has fallen dramatically, and possibly could fall some more, but there have been some pretty impressive developments recently.
