Does Biota get a cut of this?
Roche was doing something similar before the champion negotiator Peter Cook and team sold/negotiated our lawsuit down the river. Did they think to include a provision where by BTA might receive a return from such a deal before they folded completely? Why do I doubt it?
What a pleasant surprise it would be if Peter could make an announcement indicating BTA's cut of such a deal,... or his resignation.
