Hey Karasco,

From reading your posts I see youve got a fairly big exposure to reits. Unfortunately so do I.

I think the problem is that whilst the fundamentals appear pretty good no one trusts the reit managers anymore.

This has been re-inforced by institutional placements (WDC) and sweetheart deals to underwriters (IOF).

Then if this doesn't work they can just turn debt into equity (CER) and blow us (our equity) all away.

I live in hope (because this really is ridiculous) but its fading fast. I just wish the reit managers were on our side but very clearly their not.
