Hey all, I think Lodestone could really use a cash injection of 5million from square resources (MCR). However the deal at present stands that the shares will be purchased for not less than 19.5 cents, I cant see there board approving that given the share price in the last couple of months. This either means more shares at a lower price or no deal. There has not been any news announced to the market pursuant to the tambo projects other than they have "paused" and have been reduced in scope. No time frame for completion or revised goals (obviously they dont expect to get the same information from 3 wells as compared to 17). Given that the risk has increased, it is difficult to see that Square Resources will approve the deal in the current format, which means further negotiations and time. Lodestone really needs to start informing the general shareholders of activity especially if they want the SP to gain in the near future.
