You just opened a cannabis of worms... I don't trust the management of this company one bit, their IP may have a leg to stand on but after I blew the whistle from day dot on the Varm Cosmo Deal last year in OCT I have tried to warm people, but know one listened so I stopped posting for nearly a year.
History repeating itself...
The corporate governance stinks and wouldn't be surprised if the company was delisted for good!
