One doesn't have to go that far back through yours and others past comments that hold the same apparition in sentiment to see how many times you have contradicted yourselves when it's came to speculating why the SP has constantly fallen.
I won't bother with copying & pasting them but the list includes;

Greece
Price capping
Larger holders pushing SP down so as to accumulate
Possible takeover (my favorite)
