no pain patches for shareholders

Out of curiosity with spec stocks I privately bought a bare minimum of this stock about 2 years ago for 13 cents a share,have watched it relentlessly march towards zero cents ever since.
Having seen this company's machinations i think they are a very good example of how you can move shareholders along with lots of 'potential' and very little results.
Lots of hustle and bustle but the Directors rarely buy stock in their own company and yet their pay packets stay much healthier than the share price.
As a company director myself ( in a corporate super fund ha ha,but it has no shares in this stock!) i can appreciate the steady income and as long as you obey the law (naughty Ogru) you are doing well. Directors in stock exchange companies just have to develop a thick hide where shareholders are concerned,its not a bad job if you can land one.
Who knows, maybe POH and its Directors will surprise us all,because that's what it will be,a complete and utter surprise.
