One thing I've learnt from my 3 years in FAR (and oil more generally) - never expect timelines to be met. Too many time we have been promised a particular milestone (both from punters and management) only to be left disheartened. I'm still fully invested in FAR and it's story, but I've given up trying to predict when things will happen - it'll happen when it happens (fleeting, but true).
