Nex Metals (NME) - Gold producer soon

Nex in its 2010 AGM presentation (link below) mentions that is targeting 100,000 to 150,000 ounces of gold in 2012 and 2013 - refer pages 7,9 and 11.

Nex has also mentioned that it is focused on being a low cost gold producer (refer previous announcements).

The following are some of the 100,000 ounce low cost gold producers and their market cap from the Warwick Grigor report as a point of comparison;

IGR - annual production +90,000 ounces, cash cost $496 an ounce, market cap $408m

SAR - annual production 120,000 ounces, cash cost $826 an ounce, market cap $308m

KGD - annual production 120,000 ounces, cash cost $550 an ounce, market cap $175m

NEX market cap is currently $17m. Whilst i realise that this a pretty basic comparison with many factors that i haven't taken in to consideration (ie further share dilution leading up to 100,000 ounce production etc) it does show imho that Nex is at least a 10 bagger from these levels.
