I agree with you that the lagging share price is of concern (factor in the general market sentiment influences here).

I thought Nov’s purchase of almost 20% RKN holding was a good use of a large part of the prior capital raise …

Also, the access to ATX as an addition to the bigger picture to enable more of a balance between B2B and B2C compnents.

Both of these purchases in my mind have a potentially large positive future impact in the big picture for Nov.

As a result, NOV have funds going forward in an environment where many other growth companies will struggle to raise
capital as the market tightens further.

This may also provide the opportunity to purchase/merger with entities requiring capital that can add further value.

RADI’s are not handed out to any company that wants one…

Am I missing something or is this the usual trajectory for a fintech disrupter/growth stock?
