The Government says it is cracking down on the foreign visa fraudsters down there and they are either being refused entry, refused visas or deported/put in offshore detention centers.
The idea that anyone can make money out of the diminishing foreign student visa market is ridiculous, unless NOV is wanting to go into the detention center business or visa fraud investigation business.
