Yes, those two points are correct, but that is not what you have displayed in your calculations.
You have incorrectly merged points 1 and 2 to create an incorrect and ignorant calculation.
A union of 36,000 students does not equal 36,000 students paying their entire tuition fees... It's a student union... It's likely small union membership fees. You don't pay tuition fees to a union.
