Much as I'd like to see the financial position improve based on the changes you proffer by new mgt. but having watched this train wreck from the IPO stage I am sceptical.
You may pose the question why didn't I exit along the way, well its the sugar hits (all the examples I mentioned in my earlier post) that companies offer with directors living large and shareholders bearing the declining SP as a hit to their wealth - but as you say hears hoping
