It is my belief that shareholders have been mislead, and that had BAL informed the market more frequently and in more depth of their situation, many would have either not taken a position at all, or would have had a chance to get out somewhere between $12-$8.50.
With 19,000 0dd shareholders and $500mill odd is losses, a Class action is well on the cards IMO.
