On the contrary, the Company has enough money to continue it's on going work, particularly after just selling Perth IX for $500k plus! (added to the quarterly stated net funds)
I'm sure with the pending plans for the full examination of the exciting nickel and gold prospects including re-examination of extensive previous drilling results and aeromags, the current market assessment of the Company will be shown to be seriously conservative.
I reiterate that the deal with Placer is fantastic and more than doubles the gold and nickel holdings that HCY now can develop. They have already found encouraging nickel grades on their Bardoc (north) land so the Placer deal can only be seen as a plus.Placer has a huge data bank of drill and aeros on the Bardoc south area and HCY has a huge amount of data on it's original area.I believe that in a 2--4 week period they will know just what the previous gold drilling results show in terms of nickel assays(which wasn't being looked at originally)
It's interesting to consider that the Company is still capitalised at around the same value as it was before doubling the size of its A1 ground !!!! The very short term sell off that we have seen will be arrested and when they are ready,they will let the market know more. They are not in the business of short term ramping, so don't expect a rapid gain. As I've always said, be patient and if you can, accumulate.You won't be sorry in the near to medium term. Don't under estimate the effect of the move at the end of this month to the Mining Board !!
