Hi oorain

I get amazed every two weeks when I put the yellow bin out (it is a full sized one) and it's full to the brim

We buy one newspaper a week
We rarely buy packaged food (I'm on gluten free diet) mostly fresh fruit and veg
We are 2 retired seniors so limited things we need
Most of our electrical goods, crockery etc we bought when we were married 33 year ago, still not worn out

BUT we fill the damn thing every fortnight
