With the $1.50 sp share overhang there is no point in buying this gold share at this time. look elsewhere.
Ther may well be those who get the share at $1.50 who may well be selling now and if the price is above $1.50 as they can arbitrage and therefore sell and buy cheaper and make a profit.Share issues are basically bad news in that they can disrupt market pricing .
