    Perhaps some of the best PR bs we have seen in a long time.

    At 83 cents the market placed ZERO value on AAH's entire pipeline. Yet Cephalon and those truly useless directors say they are paying a 70% premium when infact there is zero premium, especially given that the results of the trial were already factored in.

    It is funny how Chiplin (who believed the company was worth over $3) disappeared just before this deal was made.
