    No Christmas present from Santa, however I think 2014 should be a better year for cpl....

    I think the enviro will take the max time to sort- so say by April - then there should be a flurry of corporate activity- takeover/merger/JV or something + full steam into construction.

    Anyone taking this co out would want to do it before construction starts...
