I have been concerned like many of MUN's shareholders about our finances
Prior to 9th of febuary the amount of shares was 146.99 million
On the 9th of febuary 21,048,501 was issued to sophisticated investors which gave a total of 168 million shares
Then on the 12/03/2010 MUNs shareholders were allocated 23,776,047 bringing total to 191,814,554

Taylor and colison made up the short fall of 9,560,623 dated 16/03/2010 which brought the total to 201,375,177

And according to offer document section 1.4 states.
The company also announced that it would repay a 2 million loan back to APG previously advanced for working capital.
The repayment of these funds means the converible note issue announced in november will not proceed

Do your own research in checking my figures but it would of been nice for MUN to know where our money was allocated
after such a short fall
