We seem to have an endless supply of shares at 19 cents on offer...

We seem to have an endless supply of shares at 19 cents on offer and a large sell at 20 cents to dissuade potential large buyers.

Despite the small volume being traded lately I am starting to think that there may be a ploy to keep the shares below the option conversion price till after the sept expiry date. To what effect I'm not sure... Has anyone else come to a similar conclusion?
