Lake plans to construct four plants, each with a capacity of 12,500 tons, on their Kachi Salar. Given that David views this as an oil and gas speciality chemical company, I anticipate that permits will likely be granted in 2034.

My three points of concern:

1. The long delayed DFS will likely contain numerous errors, potentially rendering it a subject of ridicule.
2. The 2nd point, which involves obtaining permission for environmental impact, is expected to be a time-consuming process.
3. The 3rd point suggests that securing bank financing is improbable without a significant partnership.

Much of this seems to be a façade, and there is substantial truth to the notion that Lake's actual value is now below $50 million USD.

Despite many warnings, the astute investors among us were disregarded.
