…but the company stated last July that they were expecting the DFS and ESIA to be completed by the end of Q3, which was to be about 10 weeks after that statement was made.
Surely, they “had enough information” THEN “with the DFS is the late stages”.
There was only about 2 months to go! Why didn’t they “know what is needed and when” when they made that statement??
Are you suggesting they were not being honest last year?
