I think to be more reasonable, reverse osmosis you could argue as green, more green than lilac IX - there is no “development” of process required for that and has been done at much larger volumes than this in many industries before (think desalination plants) - and the distillation process as Orange. Again, not difficult, has been done at this scale before etc etc. but would definitely need adaption efforts.
the rest, yep, red for sure. Varying shades, but definitely requires quite a bit of work.
