Just for the record Sqe, I am stating 2027 as the absolute earliest and that is assuming everything is proven, derisked, approved, financed & constructed to schedule (A unicorn scenario)
IMO I wouldn't be surprised if Lake never makes it off the ground and continues to kick the can down the road
