    Diplomatic relations with the world's second biggest economy is a bad thing? He is speaking with Chinese businesses (mines) that operate in Catamarca.
    Also in the abstract you posted, it says industrialisation projects, not investments. Quite different. Either way, not a bad thing to stablish connections with big players.

    I just fail to see how this is a bad thing, and funny?
