Just had a broker telling me that when a stock behaves like PXL is trading the people behind it are usually trying to avoid a speeding ticket - for now.

I am not so sure but it does look a little to orderly now that I look at the chart.

He says the next stage is to cause a speeding ticket and force the company to respond. Not sure of the value of this unless you know they have something to day that they are not saying?
